Nestled near Wrexham in beautiful North Wales, Oaklea Grange is home to up to seven residents aged 11–18. We proudly support young people with a range of needs, including diagnosed mental health conditions, autism, and learning difficulties. Everything we do is centred around making a positive, lasting difference—celebrating strengths, building resilience, and helping each young person move confidently toward a brighter future.

About us

At Young Foundations, we specialise in residential step-down services and specialist education for children and young people with complex needs, learning disabilities, and autism.

We also offer specialist placements to children who may have experienced trauma or have attachment-based problems. Our creative and nurturing approach focuses on each individual, delivering a targeted programme of support specifically designed around their needs.
